Thank you for your continued use of DLsite.

Up until now, purchased DLsite points have not had an expiration date.
However, as of April 1st, 2021, all points will have a set expiration date.

Please note that points purchased before March 31st, 2021 will continue to have no expiration date.

Points purchased after April 1st will expire similarly to normal points:
When more than 12 months have elapsed from the last date you have either acquired or used your points.

As such, our user agreement will undergo the following changes.

Article 16 (Types of Points)
As of April 1st, there will be no distinction between normal points and purchased points.

Article 17 (Expiration of Normal Points)
All points, not just normal points, are subject to this article.

Article 18 (Expiration of Purchased Points)
Due to the inclusion of the new clause regarding purchased points,
this article will be removed as of April 1st.

The expiration date for all points (either granted or purchased) will be set
to 12 months from the last date you have either earned or used your points.

If you possess points with no expiration date and those with one:
Only points with an expiration date will expire 12 months
from the last date you have either earned or used your points.

This changed is being implemented based on data that shows the majority of our customers
use points within one year, and its goal is to improve the efficiency of the system.
