On August 2020, we changed the way we handle accounts so that you can log into both English and Japanese websites with one account.
Prior to this point, the login portal for Japanese and English services were separate and many customers will have had two DLsite Accounts (one for DLsite English and one for the services on the Japanese website. e.g. DLsite, Ci-en, NijiGAME, etc.) Now, you no longer need to have two separate accounts to use them!
Please note that the merging of accounts only affects your login information; you cannot transfer your purchase history, points or other information between them.

If you already have two accounts (one for DLsite English and one for the Japanese website), you can merge your two accounts via [ Merging accounts ].

However, please be sure to

• log into the account you want to continue to use as your main account first.
• be sure to merge your accounts before using Japanese website with the English account, and vice versa. Otherwise, you will be proceeded to the Create an account: Enter your basic information page when you try to access your My Page (or other pages where login is required), and if you click on the Complete Regstration button, a new empty account will be created.
