Recently, we announced revisions to the Affiliate Partner Agreement.
We are writing to inform you that the revised Affiliate Partner Agreement will be effective from December 10, 2024 (JST).

The revised terms will be applied to sales made from December 2024 onward.

There will be no change to the payment method for affiliate users, but we ask that all affiliate users please review the updated Affiliate Partner Agreement below and agree to it before using our services.
Users who use DLsite after the revision date will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Affiliate Partner Terms and Conditions.

Changes to Article 1 - General Provisions

・Section 2 will be updated as follows:
2. In matters for which this agreement has no provision, the DLsite User Agreement (hereinafter called "the user agreement") and the DLsite Circle Agreement (hereinafter called "the circle agreement") shall apply.

 

Changes to Article 6 - Outline of the Service

・Sections 3 and 4 will be updated as follows:
3. With the cut-off day as the last day of each month, the eligible sales and results-based rewards for the month shall be determined and either (1) paid to a bank account designated by the partner (transfer fees borne by the company for payments to financial institutions in Japan) by the 20th of the following month (or, if the 20th is a holiday for DLsite or financial institutions, the following working day) or (2) paid in DLsite Points by the fifth business day of the following month.

4. If the payment method is to be bank transfer to a financial institution in Japan, payment of combined results-based rewards which value less than 3,000 JPY shall be carried over to the following month in succession until the value exceeds 3,000 JPY. Additionally, if the partner wishes, the results-based rewards can be converted into DLsite Points, regardless of the reward amount. However, once a request to convert rewards to DLsite Points has been made, the payment method cannot be changed. DLsite Points remain valid for one year after the date that DLsite Points were last used or obtained.

・The following Section 5 will be added:
5. The provisions of sections 3 and 4 apply to partners who are not registered as circles. Partners who are registered as circles will receive results-based rewards in accordance with Article 8 of the circle agreement.
With the addition of the new Section 5, the previous Section 5 will be renumbered as Section 6 after the revision.
