* WHAT:
An error is displayed when making a transaction with a credit card issued outside of Japan and the transaction does not complete.

* WHY:
Unknown. We have contacted the payment agency and are awaiting their reply.

Please note that we are not aware of any issues with alternative transaction methods at this point in time, so if you need to make your purchase as soon as possible, then please consider using one of the alternative methods available.
