* WHEN:
From April 14th (Tuesday), 2026, 8:18 PM (JST)
Until April 15th (Wednesday), 2026, 1:36 PM (JST)

* WHAT:
Certain products would display a "404 Error" and were not able to be downloaded.

* CAUSE:
Under investigation.

* RESPONSE:
We have implemented a temporary solution, and it is now possible to download the products in question.
Currently, we are investigating the matter and working towards implementing a permanent solution to the underlying cause.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this malfunction and hope that you nonetheless continue to enjoy shopping with us.

* April 16th, 2026 (JST) Update

As per the result of our investigation, we have determined that the cause of this issue was due to a "system configuration error."
We would like to inform you that the error has since been fixed, and the underlying issue fundamentally resolved. (* i.e. The service is currently available and functioning normally.)
