[Important] Notice Regarding New Releases and Support during the New Year's Holidays
Thank you for your continued patronage of DLsite.
We would like to inform you about the planned availability of our support teams during the New Year's holiday period. (* Please note that businesses in Japan will generally be closed or have limited operations during the December 28th ~ January 3rd holiday period.)
■ Regarding New Releases
New works will continue to be released during January 1st, 2025 ~ January 3rd, 2025.
However, on these dates, the website will only be updated at 12:00 AM midnight (JST), and thus product releases at 4:00 PM (JST) will not be possible.
■ Regarding User Support Inquiries
User support inquiries will continue to be replied to until the end of business hours December 31st, 2024, 6:00 PM (JST).
Any user support inquiries received after which will be responded to in the order received upon recommencement of business January 4th, 2025, 10:00 AM (JST).
Please note, however, that English language user support inquiries received during the holiday period which require further confirmation due to special circumstances will be responded to in the order received from January 7th, 2025, 10:00 AM (JST).
■ Regarding Circle Support Inquiries
English language circle support inquiries received after December 27th, 2024, 6:00 PM (JST) will be responded to in the order received from January 7th, 2025, 10:00 AM (JST).
■ Regarding Translators Unite Inquiries / Submissions
Translators Unite support inquiries received after December 27th, 2024, 6:00 PM (JST) will be responded to in the order received from January 6th, 2025, 10:00 AM (JST).
Translators Unite submissions will not take place during the December 28th ~ January 5th holiday period.
Reviewing of translation submissions will cease on December 27th, 2024, 6:00 PM (JST) and recommence from January 6th, 2025, 10:00 AM (JST).
