As part of the renovation process, we plan to perform maintenance on the following schedule.
Please note all features and functionality of DLsite comipo will be unavailable during maintenance.

* Planned Maintenance Period *

Wednesday, June 4th, 2025. 10:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM (JST)

The maintenance will affect all webpages for which the URL begins with:
https://www.dlsite.com/comic

* Please be aware that the maintenance period may turn out to be shorter or longer than planned.
* It will be possible to utilize DLsite while the maintenance of DLsite comipo takes place.

 

Provided below are the main changes and points of caution related to this renovation.

* About Account Transferal

Customers who are currently using DLsite comipo will need to register again after the renovation is complete.
By registering with the "viviON ID" (previously "DLsite Account") that you are currently signed up on DLsite comipo with, you can carry over your existing membership data.

Additionally, we plan to distribute a [70% OFF Coupon] for comipo as a new account registration bonus
Customers who are already using "DLsite comipo" will also be eligible to acquire the coupon when they re-register on "comipo".

* About Existing Purchases / Points on DLsite comipo

After the renovations are complete, if you re-register on comipo with the "viviON ID" (previously "DLsite Account") that you are currently signed up on DLsite comipo with, you will continue to have access to your previously purchased contents and points.
Also, any works which you purchase on comipo will continue to be accessible via services such as "DLsite Play" and "DLsite Library" which are provided by viviON Group.

* About Purchase History

The functionality to view your product purchase history within comipo will not be available.
If you wish to save your past purchase information, please do so via the [ Issue Purchase Details ] screen.
* The details will be sent via email.

Please note that we plan to introduce certain features such as "Purchase History", "Favorites", "Reviews", etc. from mid-June 2025 onward.
By transferring your membership data, it should eventually become possible to check your "DLsite comipo" purchase history via "comipo".

* About Products in the Shopping Cart

Products sitting in your shopping cart at the time of DLsite comipo service cessation will be removed.
Please make sure to complete any purchases well in advance of the planned maintenance period.

* About DLsite Affiliates

After DLsite comipo service cessation, works that are registered for this service will no longer be applicable for the affiliate program, and rewards will no longer be generated.
Also, all affiliate URLs made for DLsite comipo will begin automatically redirecting to comipo.
