To protect our customers against credit card fraud, we use the identity authentication service "3D Secure". We will soon be switching to the improved 2.0 version of 3D Secure.

As such, we will be performing maintenance on our credit card payment system. Details are below (times in JST):

*The maintenance may be moved earlier or later at short notice.

Affected systems: There will be no disruption to credit card or other payments.
As part of the 3D Secure switchover process, the way your credit card redirects you, and the method of authentication, may change.

As before, credit card payments will be processed by the intermediary company DG Financial Technology.
Our customers' credit card information is all encrypted and is handled and stored by DG Financial Technology according to the strictest security standards.
