Before the Revision:
1. Free Points: One year has passed since the last change (increase or decrease) in point balance.
2. Paid Points: One year has passed since the last change (increase or decrease) in point balance.

After the Revision:
1. Free Points: One year has passed since the last usage date (decrease in points) or acquisition date (increase in points), whichever is later.
2. Paid Points: One year has passed since the last usage date (decrease in points) or acquisition date (increase in points), whichever is later.
