■EFFECT:
It will not be possible to play DL Play Box games during the above maintenance period.

* Maintenance may finish earlier or last longer than scheduled.
* If you are playing a DL Play Box game when the maintenance period begins, the cloud backup feature may not function as intended, and your data may not be saved properly. We advise that you finish playing before the maintenance period begins.

Thank you for your continued support of DLsite.
We would like to inform our DL Play Box users that the following problems were detected after the DL Play Box maintenance which took place on Wednesday, August 6th, 2025 (JST).

1: On Android devices, when attempting to save or download backup data, the DL Play Box backup feature (cloud saving) was not working properly.
* Note: DL Play Box [Cloud Gaming] works were operating without issue.

This problem has since been fixed.
Please download the latest version of the app from the Google Play store to resolve it.

2: On iOS devices, in some environments, DL Play Box [Cloud Gaming] does not launch properly.

We are currently working on a fix for this problem.
We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may cause and thank you in advance for your understanding, cooperation, and patience in the interim.
