These revisions have been made to accommodate the sale of translated works at partner shops other than DLsite.
We have provided below the relevant clauses for which the terms and conditions have been revised.

Article 1 (Definitions)

"Partner Shops" refers to a service that sells or distributes works of circles registered on DLsite to stores affiliated with DLsite.

Article 6 (Translation)

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to edit, modify, or correct translated content -- including fixing translation errors, resolving omissions, or making minor stylistic adjustments -- as necessary for the operation of the Service.

Article 7 (Translation Fees)
[BEFORE]
1. The company shall pay to registered translators, as a translation fee, an amount calculated by multiplying the value of total sales of the translated work (excluding tax) by the translation fee rate. The translation fee rate shall be set according to the designated circle work and can be checked when selecting a translated work.
2. The payment schedule and method for translation fees will follow the rules specified in the Circle Terms of Use (7. Sales commissions).

1. When selling translated works on DLsite, the company shall pay to registered translators, as a translation fee, an amount calculated by multiplying the value of total sales of the translated work (excluding tax) by the translation fee rate. The translation fee rate shall be set according to the designated circle work and can be checked when selecting a translated work.
2. When selling translated works through Partner Shops, the company shall pay to registered translators, as a translation fee, 10% of the remaining amount calculated by deducting the allocation to the circle from the amount actually received by DLsite after deducting the fees of the affiliated stores and affiliated distribution agencies. Payment shall be settled by the 20th of the month following the month in which payments are received by DLsite from each affiliated store and each affiliated distribution agency, via the payment method registered under the circle information.
3. With regards to the timing and method of payment of the translation fee in the preceding two sections, the provisions under "Payment Method" in the Circle Agreement shall apply accordingly.
