On October 9, 2025, we have revised the "Translators Unite" Product Terms and Conditions and the Translators Unite - Translator User Agreement. 

This revision is in conjunction with the commencement of translation for mainstream comics on Translators Unite. Please note that there are no changes to the services offered by Translators Unite.

The changes to the terms are as follows, with revisions made to the indicated clauses.

Article 1 (Definitions)

1. The definitions of the terms used in this agreement are as follows.

(1) "This agreement" refers to the "Agreement regarding the provision of creative works for "Translators Unite"".
(2) "The company" refers to EISYS, Inc.
(3) "This service" refers to services provided by the company under the name "Translators Unite".
(4) "DLsite" refers to the digital content sales service offered by the company under the name "DLsite".

[After Changes]

1. The definitions of the terms used in this agreement are as follows.

(1) "This agreement" refers to the "Agreement regarding the provision of creative works for "Translators Unite"".
(2) "The company" refers to viviON, Inc. (viviON, Inc. may subcontract a portion of its business operations to EISYS, Inc.)
(3) "This service" refers to services provided by the company under the name "Translators Unite".
(4) "DLsite" refers to the digital content sales service offered by EISYS, Inc. under the name "DLsite".
