After our announcement on December 22nd 2021, regarding the Upcoming changes to the User Agreement which will come into effect from January 14th, we received several comments from our customers.

There are two agreements on DLsite: one is the User Agreement which will be applied when you shop on DLsite, and another is the Circle Term of Use which will be applied when you sell your works on DLsite. This time, the changes apply to the User agreement only; however, our descriptions were unclear about this point.
We are sorry our annoucement was misleading.

To correct this problem, we changed some expressions and updated our new DLsite User Agreement (revised version in Japanese).

We will continue to strive towards providing the best possible service for our users and creators.
