Please be aware that, due to recent trends in browsing methodology, necessary functionality, and operating environments, we will be ceasing provision of the [ Special Viewer ] service and replacing it with a different viewing method in order to provide our customers with a better browsing experience.

- March 31 (Tuesday), 2026 (JST)
The "Special Viewer" service will cease.

- April 1st (Wednesday), 2026 (JST)
The viewing method for applicable works will change.

* Changes: 
When viewing in a PC environment...

* [ DLsite Play (Browser Streaming) ] is the only option that will be available.
* It will no longer be possible to download "DLsite Viewer" and "Cypher Guard for PDF" works.

When viewing in a Smartphone environment...
* [ DLsite Play (Browser Streaming) ] is also the option that will be available.
* It will no longer be possible to download such products to the Viewer App (Android) or the PFViewer App (iOS).

* Additional Notes:
- March 31 (Tuesday), 2026 (JST): 
Provision of the [ Special Viewer ] tools and applications will also cease.
As there will no longer be any updates for such software, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the software will operate correctly on the latest versions of operating systems.
- April 1st (Wednesday), 2026 (JST): 
It will no longer be possible to authenticate [ Special Viewer ] product data.
Those who have already saved and authenticated product data on their device will continue to be capable of viewing that data via the [ Special Viewer ].
However, as it will no longer be possible to authenticate such products, please be aware that any changes to your device which would require re-authentication (such as installing a different OS, changing the storage hardware, changing model, etc.) will result in an inability to continue viewing that data.
